Cassidy has recently joined our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. You may reach her if you contact the office in the afternoons or evenings. Csssidy's role involves coordinating caregiver and client schedules, new employee hiring and onboarding and maintaining contact with all caregivers.
"Hi, my name is Cassidy. I wanted to join the team at Remember When as I wanted to be a part of something that improves and enriches peoples' lives. I felt that an organization who takes a person-centered and client-focused approach would be a great way to make a positive contribution to our community. I have a varied background with a degree in biology but also with multiple customer service roles, which I think makes this role a perfect fit for me. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, crocheting, video games, and coding."
