Remember When Homecare is a family-owned and operated company. Our personal experiences working in the industry as well as caring for our loved ones presented us with difficulties finding a compassionate, person-centered homecare provider in Nova Scotia. We wanted to build a homecare company where the client's individuality chooses the course of services provided. We take into account every client's life experiences, age, gender, culture, heritage, language, beliefs, and identity. Remember When Homecare’s clients are acknowledged as the experts in their own life with an emphasis on their abilities, while offering a helping hand with any assistance that may be required. Our clients are the primary focus of the services and are involved in making decisions regarding their care, including the person's support networks and partners.
